Pricing
Most IT support is billed by the hour, so the invoice is always a surprise. Ours is a simple monthly fee, agreed in writing before work starts, and the work carries on.

Add or drop services as your business changes and the fee is adjusted in writing. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
Your data, accounts and content stay yours. If you leave, we hand over your data, access details and documentation.
